Tech Scoop provides a weekly technology briefing with a 7-day free trial for first-time accounts, full-content access while billing is active, archive access, and notification preferences.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this site.

Refunds
Unless a different refund policy is shown at purchase or required by law, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe, and any refund request should be sent to our support contact.
Content
The site, branding, copy, layout, and editorial structure are owned by Tech Scoop or its licensors. You may use the service for your personal or internal business reading, but you may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute subscriber-only content without permission.
Third parties
Tech Scoop uses third-party providers for authentication, billing, email delivery, hosting, and Telegram delivery. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.
Warranty
The service is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Scoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by use of third-party services.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tech Scoop is operated, together with any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If you launch in a specific country or state, replace this section with that location before relying on the page publicly.
