Terms of Service

Tech Scoop provides a weekly technology briefing with a 7-day free trial for first-time accounts, full-content access while billing is active, archive access, and notification preferences.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this site.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your email address current.
• You are responsible for activities that happen under your account.
• You should not share access credentials or use another person's account without permission.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or appear abusive.

• First-time eligible accounts receive a one-time 7-day free trial when Stripe confirms checkout.
• Your payment method is collected up front and Stripe automatically starts paid billing after the trial unless you cancel first.
• Returning accounts may subscribe again later, but they do not receive a second free trial.
• Subscriptions renew until you cancel them through the billing portal or another supported flow.
• Cancellations usually remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices, taxes, and available plans may change over time.

Unless a different refund policy is shown at purchase or required by law, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe, and any refund request should be sent to our support contact.

The site, branding, copy, layout, and editorial structure are owned by Tech Scoop or its licensors. You may use the service for your personal or internal business reading, but you may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute subscriber-only content without permission.

• Do not interfere with the site, its security, or other users' access.
• Do not abuse forms, APIs, or delivery systems.
• Do not attempt to bypass subscription controls or archive access checks.

Tech Scoop uses third-party providers for authentication, billing, email delivery, hosting, and Telegram delivery. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

The service is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Scoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by use of third-party services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tech Scoop is operated, together with any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If you launch in a specific country or state, replace this section with that location before relying on the page publicly.
